Was wrongly charged by a Nevada State Contractor’s Board investigator for a solar panel ad I placed in the Review Journal newspaper. He charged that I had no Nevada Business License and did not have the name of my company in the ad. When I proved to him that both charges were false he still proceeded with the indictment because, in his words, “I’ve had a lot of complaints.” Since it was a criminal complaint he didn’t have to disclose who was complaining or why.
