  • Murder w/ use of a deadly weapon w/ intent to promote activities of a criminal gang
  • Attempt murder w/ use of a deadly weapon w/ intent to promote activities of a criminal gang
  • Discharging firearm at or into structure w/ intent to promote activities of a criminal gang

Disposition: Plead guilty to 1 felony count: Challenge to Fight

 

Federal Case No. 2:03-cr-00542 – Charged:

  • Violence in aid of racketeering
  • Use of firearm in commission of felony
  • Aiding and abetting

Disposition:  Guilty of 1 count of Violence in aid of racketeering. Both state and federal sentences ran concurrent with each other and he received 12 months for both.


Final three Hells Angels sentenced in brawl

LAS VEGAS – The final three Hells Angels motorcycle club members were sentenced Thursday in a state criminal case stemming from a deadly brawl with rival Mongols members in a Nevada casino almost five years ago.

‘With respect to everyone who was charged, it’s over,” said Louis Palazzo, a defense lawyer who represented another one of the six Hells Angels who pleaded in October to reduced state and federal charges, ending a federal trial of 11 men.

Calvin Schaefer, 37, of Chandler, Ariz., Dale Leedom, 45, of Two Rivers, Alaska, and Raymond Foakes, 43, of Petaluma, Calif., were previously sentenced in both the state and federal cases.
