I am a native of St. Petersburg, Florida. I graduated from Mercer University School of Law in 1989. After law school I was hired to work for the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) as an enforcement attorney. Following my time spent with the SEC I moved to Las Vegas with the goal of starting my own law practice. I am licensed to practice law in Nevada, Florida and Georgia, as well as in numerous federal courts and appellate courts throughout the country, as well as the Supreme Court of the United States.
